Facility

Strength Training DC is a private and clinically controlled environment. With no one in the room except you and your trainer, you are able to focus on your workout with no distractions. The ideal exercise environment is a functional space maintained at the utmost standards of cleanliness and free from other people, music, children, and phones ringing.
