Introducing Small, High-Touch Classes Designed for Real Results
Welcome to the next evolution of Strength Training DC.
Our new intimate upstairs studio brings the same precision, expertise, and deep coaching we’re known for — now in a small-group format that blends energy, accountability, and elite instruction.
This is not a commercial gym class experience.
This is high-level coaching in a curated 5–6 person room where every client is seen, supported, and coached with intention.
Upstairs Classes
Foundations Core
A supportive, entry-level core class focused on breath, deep abdominal activation, and building proper movement patterns. Ideal for beginners or anyone needing stronger fundamentals before progressing.
Controlled Core
A challenging, skill-driven core class built around continuous, back-to-back movements. Higher intensity with coordinated patterns that demand control, awareness, and endurance.
Mobility & Reset
A guided mobility-focused session to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance joint health. Perfect for recovery days or balancing harder training.
Corrective Exercise at Strength Training DC
We’re proud to offer Corrective Exercise services designed to assess, correct, and elevate the way you move. Led by Jack Reynolds, CES, this service focuses on identifying movement compensations, muscle imbalances, and postural inefficiencies that may be limiting performance or contributing to pain or injury. Using evidence-based assessment and targeted corrective strategies, we help clients restore optimal movement patterns, improve joint stability and mobility, and build a stronger foundation for safe, effective training—both in and out of the gym.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE VS. PHYSICAL THERAPY
Corrective exercise and physical therapy serve different purposes. Physical therapy focuses on treating injuries and medical conditions, often after pain or surgery. Corrective exercise focuses on improving how your body moves by addressing imbalances, poor movement patterns, and areas of weakness through targeted exercise. It’s ideal if you’re feeling limited, tight, or inefficient in your movement—or if you’ve completed physical therapy and want to continue building strength and resilience safely.
